We’re not your traditional staging company. Rather than filling every room with generic staging furniture, we focus on the details that make a property feel finished, intentional and memorable.
We start with what’s already working in the home, then layer in the pieces that will make the biggest visual impact — statement furniture, art, lighting, textiles, greenery, objects and those unexpected finishing touches that give a space character.
Our in house team includes artists and creatives who paint, thrift and source making our property styling inventory one of a kind.
How We Work With Realtors
Pre-Listing Walkthrough
Before the photographer arrives, we walk through the property with a realtor’s eye and a stylist’s perspective. We identify what should stay, what should go, what should move and where styling can make the biggest difference.
Edit + Rework What’s Already There
For occupied homes, we make the most of the homeowner’s existing furniture and belongings. We edit, rearrange and repurpose pieces throughout the home to improve flow, scale and presentation — without unnecessarily replacing everything.
Layer In The Edge
This is where we come in. We bring in a curated selection of furniture, art, decor, textiles and accessories to fill the gaps and create high-impact moments throughout the property. Think less “staged home,” more beautiful home someone wants to live in.
Create The Listing Moments
We pay particular attention to the spaces and sightlines that will sell the property online — the entry, kitchen, living spaces, primary bedroom, outdoor areas and those all-important photography angles. Every styling decision is made with the listing in mind.
