We believe the best property styling starts well before we enter a room. We do the homework. We study the local market, follow design and buyer trends, track what’s selling and pay attention to the details that make certain listings stand out.
From there, we work closely with realtors, homeowners and industry partners to understand the property, the target buyer and the story we want the home to tell. Every styling plan is considered through both a design and real estate lens — because a beautiful space is only valuable if it helps the property connect with the right buyer.
Our approach is intentionally one of a kind. Rather than relying on the same catalogue of staging furniture from house to house, we mix our curated inventory with thoughtfully sourced and thrifted pieces, art made in house, vintage finds and unexpected details. The result is a home that feels collected rather than staged full of character, warmth and memorable moments that photograph beautifully and differentiate a listing from everything else on the market.

Leah Morrissey is our in house sourcer, property stylist and installer, with an incredible eye for finding the pieces no one else is looking for.
A mom, artist and lifelong lover of interiors, Leah has an instinct for seeing the potential in the unexpected. She’s happiest digging through estate sales, thrift shops and Marketplace listings, hunting down unique pieces that give our projects character and make a property feel collected rather than staged.
Her creativity extends well beyond interiors. From her home studio, Leah paints, works with ceramics and is almost always creating something (sometimes alongside her two amazing children) — an artistic perspective that naturally finds its way into the way she approaches a room.
From sourcing the perfect vintage chair to styling the final layer and installing a space on site, Leah brings great taste, resourcefulness and a little bit of magic to every Edge Studio project.
